Office Evolution Coral Springs to host October 27 workshop helping local entrepreneurs learn new business innovation and funding strategies with Florida SBDC and APEX Accelerator

Coral Springs, Florida – Entrepreneurs and small business owners in northwest Broward County will have an opportunity to sharpen their innovation and funding strategies later this month. Office Evolution Coral Springs announced it will host a special workshop on Monday, October 27, designed to help businesses transform ideas into market-ready ventures and discover new ways to secure financial support.
The session, titled “TechSeries: Innovation to Impact — Commercialization and Funding Essentials,” will take place from 12 to 1 p.m. at Office Evolution Coral Springs, located at 3301 N. University Dr., Suite 100. The event is a collaborative effort between the Florida Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Florida Atlantic University and the Florida APEX Accelerator, both of which are known for guiding startups and established businesses through growth and government contracting opportunities.
The workshop aims to give participants a practical understanding of how to turn innovative concepts into viable business products or services. In addition to discussing commercialization strategies, experts will outline available funding channels, including loans, grants, and investor options tailored to Florida’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Mark Mendel, co-owner of Office Evolution Coral Springs, said the event reflects the company’s mission to serve as more than just a shared workspace.
“Office Evolution supports businesses of different sizes, but our heart is really in helping entrepreneurs and professionals grow their business,” Mendel said. “We’re hosting this to provide additional resources to the business community in northwest Broward.”
Mendel noted that Coral Springs has become a growing hub for innovation and small business development, with many professionals seeking support in areas like strategic planning, financing, and market expansion. Events like this, he said, give local entrepreneurs access to expert advice without the need for expensive consulting services.
Participants will also have a chance to network with other business owners and professionals from across the region. With representation from both the SBDC and APEX Accelerator, attendees can expect tailored guidance on everything from refining a business model to preparing for government contracting opportunities.
Lunch will be provided for all registered attendees, and seating is limited. Organizers encourage early registration to secure a spot. Those interested in attending can sign up through the online registration link provided by Office Evolution Coral Springs.
For entrepreneurs seeking to gain insight into commercialization or learn how to fund their next business venture, this one-hour workshop offers a concise, informative experience guided by industry experts.
