Cook and the Cork prepares a spectacular New Year’s Eve celebration with six-course dinner magic and mentalism to ring in 2026

Coral Springs, Florida – Cook and the Cork is preparing to welcome 2026 in grand style with a New Year’s Eve celebration that promises a blend of fine dining, world-class magic, and unforgettable entertainment. The Coral Springs restaurant, known for its innovative cuisine and vibrant atmosphere, is offering an evening designed to delight all the senses, from a meticulously crafted six-course menu to live mentalism performances by renowned magician Mio.

“We’re hoping for a magical new year, and our New Year’s Eve experience will start us in the right direction,” owner Dena Lowell told Coral Springs Talk. Lowell emphasized that the event is not just about food; it’s about creating an immersive and memorable experience that guests will carry into the new year. From exquisite dishes to perfectly paired beverages, the night is designed to be both indulgent and enchanting.

At the heart of the celebration is Chef Keith Blauschild’s six-course menu, which aims to appeal to a variety of tastes. Guests will begin with a playful Amuse-Bouche featuring Chef Keith’s signature “BLT,” a combination of bacon, langoustine, and tomato gellé. From there, diners choose between Cold Water Oysters with yuzu mignonette and sesame cucumbers or Pastrami Salmon accompanied by rye crostini and maple-mustard vinaigrette. Following the appetizer, the menu moves into Brown Butter Gnocchi with Reggiano and fresh black truffles, with an optional Osetra caviar course served with brioche and crème fraîche. The meal continues with a crisp salad made from chiffonade greens, cabbage, spicy radish, glass noodles, and a tamarind dressing.

The main courses offer an array of options, including Broiled Lobster Tail with drawn butter, Grilled Ribeye Steak with Cabernet–Black Pepper Demi-Glace, Grilled Halibut topped with shrimp supreme sauce, or a Herbed Dijon–crusted Rack of Lamb with a green tomato mint chutney. Each entrée is complemented by cheddar-chive duchesse potato, winter squash, and broccolini, providing a perfectly balanced and visually stunning presentation. Dessert concludes the evening with house-made mignardises, including New York cheesecake, dark chocolate truffles, pecan diamonds, and spiced apple oat bars. Optional sommelier-selected wine and cocktail pairings are available for those who wish to elevate their dining experience further.

Entertainment is a central feature of the evening, setting this celebration apart from typical holiday dinners. “This is the part that is so different and exciting, besides the incredible food and menu,” Lowell said. “Magic By Mio is a world-famous magician. He has performed for top celebrities and at the most important events worldwide. He is fun, entertaining, and his magic will blow your mind!” Guests at the 7:00 p.m. and 9:40 p.m. seatings will enjoy tableside magic and mentalism, as well as a full magic show during dessert. The late seating promises a “super exciting midnight magic craziness” to ring in the new year in spectacular fashion.

Cook and the Cork has arranged three separate seatings to cater to different guests. The Early Bird seating at 5:00 p.m. offers a five-course dinner without magic. The 7:00 p.m. seating includes the full six-course experience with tableside magic and a dessert show. Finally, the 9:40 p.m. Celebration Seating delivers the complete six-course menu, champagne toast, and an immersive magical extravaganza at midnight.
