Public help needed in locating an elderly man missing from Dania Beach

DANIA BEACH, Fla. – The Broward Sheriff’s Office is appealing to the general public for assistance in finding a Dania Beach man who is 72 years old and has been reported missing.

The last time Carlos Gomez-Angel was seen was at 6:45 a.m. on Friday in the 100 block of Stirling Road at the assisted living facility where he currently resides, according to the detectives who are investigating this case.

Gomez-Angel has a height of around 5 feet 9 inches and weighs close to 150 pounds. His eyes are green, and his hair is brown.

The last time anybody saw him, he was wearing a black shirt, gray shorts, and black shoes, according to the detectives.
