Woman fatally struck by several vehicles near Mile Marker 258 in Orlando

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a collision that occurred along Florida’s Turnpike near Orlando on Monday evening resulted in the death of a woman.

Troopers said the collision took place at around 6:11 p.m. at Mile Marker 258, which is located south of Interstate 4.

Troopers reported in a statement that three cars hit a woman along the roadway. According to the statement, the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

Information about the identity of the victim was not disclosed.

The investigation into the crash is still ongoing.
