Four Coral Springs restaurants earn perfect health inspection reports during unannounced visits in December

Coral Springs, Florida – Four Coral Springs restaurants earned perfect scores on their health inspections in December, reflecting a commitment to food safety and proper kitchen practices. State inspectors visited the establishments without prior notice, finding no violations and awarding each location a clean bill of health.

The inspections, conducted by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, focus on critical areas such as food handling, sanitation, temperature control, and overall kitchen safety. These unannounced visits help ensure restaurants maintain high standards on a daily basis, not just when an inspection is expected.

Among the restaurants achieving perfect reports was Floras Italian Eatery, located at 12335 W. Sample Road, which was inspected on December 30. Chipotle Mexican Grill #2996, at 4600 University Drive, received its flawless review on December 22. River Springs Solutions LLC, located at 10422 W. Atlantic Boulevard, earned a clean report on December 4, as did Miller’s Coral Springs Ale House at 1915 N. University Drive on the same day.

“These perfect inspections are a reflection of hard work and attention to detail by restaurant staff,” officials said. Maintaining compliance with state health standards is crucial to protect customers and ensure that dining experiences are safe and enjoyable.

For restaurant owners and managers, perfect inspection reports provide reassurance that their procedures are effective and aligned with regulatory expectations. For customers, these reports offer confidence that the food they are served meets the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Local health officials encourage restaurants to continue following best practices year-round, noting that unannounced inspections are an important tool to ensure ongoing compliance. The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation routinely publishes inspection results to keep the public informed about food safety in their community.
