Coral Springs Middle School plans first Night of Fright for October 30

Coral Springs, Florida – Coral Springs Middle School will host its first-ever “Night of Fright” on Friday, October 30, inviting students, families and community members to an evening of Halloween activities organized by the school’s PTA.

The celebration will run from 6 to 8 p.m. and feature a haunted house, trunk-or-treat, a cake walk and games. Organizers are bringing those attractions together for a family-friendly event that combines spooky entertainment with opportunities for the school community to gather.

The inaugural celebration will take place the evening before Halloween, giving families a chance to include a school-centered activity in their holiday plans. The two-hour program will offer a mix of attractions for guests with different interests.

A haunted house will be among the featured activities for visitors looking for a fright. The event will also include a trunk-or-treat experience, adding a treat-focused attraction to the evening’s lineup.

A cake walk and a variety of games will round out the festivities. Together, the planned activities provide options beyond the haunted house, with entertainment intended for guests of all ages.

The PTA hopes the event will serve a broader purpose than providing Halloween fun. Members want the first Night of Fright to bring families together and strengthen school spirit throughout the Coral Springs community.

That focus extends the invitation beyond students alone. Families and community members are also welcome to participate, making the evening an opportunity to connect through a shared school event.
