COVID-19 Testing Sites in Coral Springs and Broward County

CORAL SPRINGS, FL – The demand for COVID-19 testing is up in Coral Springs and across the region as the infection rate spreads.
Below is information on testing sites in Coral Springs and cities all over Broward County, courtesy of City of Coral Springs.
This information is constantly changing, so before going to any of these places to get tested, be sure to call if there’s a number provided to verify the information.
 Mullins Hall

Testing Hours: Daily, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. WALK UPS only.
Who can be tested: No restrictions.
 Publix Parking Lot
11600 West Sample Road, Coral Springs
Testing Hours: Monday-Friday 9 a.m. -5 p.m.
Who can be tested: Anyone over the age of 18, with or without symptoms. It’s free. Test results in 5-7 days through Quest Diagnostics.
 
– Walking Urgent Care

Testing Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. -6 p.m.
No appointment needed
Who can be tested: anyone with symptoms, or who has been exposed but must call first for Telemedicine Consult to determine if the person should come in.
If insured, you will pay the copay for urgent care. If uninsured, they will charge $89 for the test only, and $120 if you want to see a doctor.

Who can be tested: Anyone with symptoms. First Responders will get priority even with minimal symptoms, as will elderly patients. No referral needed.
$69 for the test plus copay if insured. If not insured, $69 plus $140 for the visit.

Who can be tested: Must meet CDC and DOH testing guidelines for screening, must be pre-screened. If you need a prescription for testing, you may be screened via Broward Health Nurse Connect at the above telephone number. No age restrictions.
Only those with appointments may be tested. Must bring proper ID and confirmation number for appointment.
 
Holiday Park – Drive up site

Testing hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-6pm by appointment only. Must wear mask to appointment.
Who can be tested: Anyone over 18 with or without symptoms. No doctor referral needed. Must bring proper photo ID.
 
Central Broward Park & Broward County Stadium

Testing hours: 9 a.m. -5 p.m. By appointment only. Call between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to preregister
Who can be tested: Must have a written prescription from a physician, and must pre-register. If you need a prescription for testing, you may be screened via the Broward Health Telehealth App.
Or call 1-844-733-3627 for a Telehealth screening and prescription.
You must meet CDC and DOH Testing guidelines for testing. Must bring proper ID and confirmation number from the preregistration call center.

Who can be tested: Anyone 18 and over. You must have COVID-19 symptoms and be prepared to show ID. Beginning June 9th, children of any age can be tested, regardless of symptoms. All south Florida residents can be tested regardless of symptoms. Retesting of individuals with previous COVID-19 positive results. (must wait at least 14 days from initial positive test) All First Responders and healthcare workers regardless of symptoms.

Who can be tested: Only those who meet the CDC screening criteria for testing. Must call first, will be given a confirmation number and an appointment time if the nurse determines the person meets the criteria.
 
In-Home Testing for homebound elderly or disabled residents

Who can be tested: Homebound Broward County residents who are elderly or disabled and experiencing symptoms, and cannot get to a testing site.
