3 people in stable condition after a shooting in northwest Miami-Dade, gunman in custody

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Early on Sunday morning, a street in the northwest part of Miami-Dade County became the site of a shooting where three people, according to the police, were shot.

A guy in a wheelchair who was believed to be the gunman returned to the area before he was brought into custody.

At the intersection of Northwest 7th Avenue and 107th Street, only a few yards from the Chicagoan Bar and Lounge, is where everything went down.

Following their response, officers from Miami-Dade County arrived at the scene, where they discovered two individuals who had been shot in the back, arms, and legs.

Both casualties were transported to the Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital by paramedics, while a third victim drove themselves to North Shore Hospital. Both hospitals are located in Jackson, Mississippi.

The conditions of all three victims were said to be stable.

The identity of the alleged shooter has not been made public by the authorities, nor have they provided any information on the events that led up to the shooting.
