Crews cleared scene of I-95 multi-vehicle accident, cause remains unknown

Deerfield Beach, Florida – A multi-vehicle crash occurred along Interstate 95 early on Wednesday morning at approximately 6 a.m.

Several vehicles were involved in a collision near Hillsboro Boulevard, causing a large FedEx semi-truck to overturn.

As a result of the crash, there were delays in traffic, with two right lanes being blocked by the wreckage. The scene was a mess, with debris scattered across the highway and rescue crews rushing to the scene to help those in need.

In an effort to clear the area and restore normal traffic flow, cleanup efforts began immediately. However, it was not until around 8 a.m. that crews were able to finally move the large tractor-trailer, temporarily bringing traffic to a halt.

While authorities have not yet released any official statement regarding the cause of the accident or any injuries sustained, eyewitnesses report that the collision was severe and resulted in significant damage to several vehicles involved.

Once more information becomes available, we will update this article.
