Broward Sheriff’s Office seeks public assistance in locating a missing elderly woman

North Lauderdale, Florida – The Broward County Sheriff’s Office has issued a plea to the public, requesting their assistance in locating a 69-year-old woman who has been reported missing.

Gerone Beaubrun was last seen at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, in the vicinity of the 5600 block of Southwest 12th Street.

Beaubrun was last seen wearing a gray dress and black slippers. She is approximately 5 feet and 3 inches tall, weighs approximately 190 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. In addition, she has a scar on her upper lip.

Beaubrun’s family has expressed concerns that she may be experiencing the early stages of dementia, which adds to the urgency of locating her.

The Broward Sheriff’s Office is working diligently to bring this case to a resolution and have requested anyone with information on Beaubrun’s whereabouts to contact BSO Detective Leonard Charla at 954-321-4274 or the BSO non-emergency number at 954-764-HELP (4357).
