Governor Ron DeSantis announces the appointment of Andrew Bain as the new judge for the Orange County Court

Tallahassee, Florida – Governor Ron DeSantis has announced a key judicial appointment to the Orange County Court. Andrew Bain, an Orlando resident, will serve as a Judge on the county’s court, a position recently vacated following the enactment of HB 5401. Bain brings a wealth of experience and legal expertise to the bench, making this appointment a significant one for the local judiciary.

Bain currently serves as the Head of Government and Business Engagement at Byrd Campbell, P.A., where he has built a reputation for his leadership and strong understanding of the legal landscape. His previous role as State Attorney in the Ninth Judicial Circuit has provided him with invaluable experience, having worked on a wide range of legal matters and cultivated a deep understanding of the judicial process. With this broad legal background, Bain is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of the court system.

A graduate of the University of Miami, where he earned his bachelor’s degree, Bain went on to receive his juris doctor from Florida A&M University.
