Crave Poké in Coral Springs unveils new Hawaiian-inspired specials with Spam musubi bubble tea and happy hour beer deals

Coral Springs, Florida – A taste of Hawaii is now even closer to home for Coral Springs residents, thanks to new specials at Crave Poké, the local eatery known for bringing island flavors to South Florida. The restaurant has launched a new lineup of offerings that feature Spam musubi, bubble tea, and an affordable combo deal—all aimed at delivering bold flavors and a little aloha spirit.

Located at 5816 Wiles Road, Crave Poké is now serving Spam musubi, a beloved Hawaiian snack that pairs pan-fried slices of Spam with seasoned rice, all neatly wrapped in roasted seaweed. The dish, while simple in its construction, carries a deep cultural significance and nostalgia for many. Its origins trace back to World War II, when canned meat became a vital food source in the Pacific islands. Today, Spam musubi is a symbol of local comfort food and can be found in lunch boxes and convenience stores all over Hawaii.

Now, Crave Poké is bringing that same tradition to Coral Springs. The Spam musubi can be enjoyed on its own or as part of a new combo that includes bubble tea, all for just $9.95. The combo offers a balance of sweet and savory that’s true to the restaurant’s mission: to serve up Hawaiian-style meals with modern twists.

“This new combo is about sharing what we love,” said the owners, Joe and Kelly Chong. “It’s affordable, it’s delicious, and it represents the flavors we grew up with and continue to enjoy.”

In addition to the food specials, Crave Poké is also offering a new happy hour deal. From Tuesday through Sunday, starting at 4 p.m. until close, customers can enjoy half off all beer selections. It’s a move that aims to enhance the laid-back, welcoming vibe the restaurant has cultivated since opening in 2019.

The Chongs, a husband-and-wife team, launched Crave Poké after relocating to Coral Springs from California. Inspired by their travels and a deep appreciation for Hawaiian cuisine, they set out to introduce poke bowls and other island favorites to a community that was still getting to know these flavors. Over the years, they’ve grown a loyal following, known not just for their flavorful food but also their friendly service and family-owned charm.
