New Coral Springs restaurant Ember & Vine opens to the public with globally inspired brunch and dinner offerings

Coral Springs, Florida – A long-awaited new dining destination has officially opened its doors in Coral Springs, bringing a fresh upscale restaurant concept to the city’s growing food scene. Ember & Vine welcomed guests for the first time this morning, introducing its breakfast menu along with a mix of globally inspired dishes, handcrafted drinks, and a focus on locally sourced ingredients.

The restaurant is the third concept created in northwest Broward County by husband-and-wife team Eddie and Christina Pozzuoli. Known for developing unique dining experiences, the couple is now expanding its presence with Ember & Vine, a restaurant designed around gathering, conversation, and elevated comfort food.

The opening began with breakfast service featuring free coffee for guests and a menu that combines international influences with familiar favorites. The restaurant will remain closed during lunch hours this week but will open again for dinner service at 5:30 p.m. every evening.

Early reviews from friends-and-family preview events highlighted Ember & Vine’s wide selection of beverages and creative menu items that combine flavors from different culinary traditions. Guests praised dishes that blend Indian and Japanese influences with American classics, creating a menu that aims to offer something different for Coral Springs diners.

Beyond its variety of flavors, Ember & Vine is also emphasizing its approach to ingredients and preparation. The restaurant promotes dishes made without refined sugar and seed oils, while its owners are continuing efforts to work with local suppliers. One example is its partnership with 360F Coffee Roasters in Coral Springs, which provides the coffee served at the restaurant.

“The idea behind Ember & Vine is really about creating a place made to gather,” Gabrielle Favitta, P Hospitality’s director of marketing and public relations, told the Coral Springs News in an email.

“We wanted something warm and comfortable, but still elevated — the kind of place where you can come for coffee, have a long lunch, meet for cocktails, enjoy dinner with family, or stay two hours longer than you planned.”

The restaurant’s opening schedule will continue to expand throughout August as the team introduces additional services and experiences. Breakfast will be available from 8 a.m. to noon, offering counter service and free cold brew and drip coffee from Aug. 3 through Aug. 9.

Starting Aug. 14, Ember & Vine will introduce a happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m., giving customers another opportunity to visit outside traditional dining hours. Lunch service is expected to begin later in the month as the restaurant moves toward its full operating schedule.

The owners are also planning additional events to bring more activity to the restaurant, including cocktail classes and other experiences designed to encourage guests to spend more time at the venue.

With its combination of international flavors, locally sourced products, and a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere, Ember & Vine joins a growing list of restaurants helping shape Coral Springs’ evolving dining landscape. The new establishment is expected to attract residents looking for a location that works for everything from morning coffee and casual brunch to evening meals and social gatherings.

Customers can make reservations, explore the full menu, and view updated operating hours through the Ember & Vine website or its Instagram page.
