The Knife Steakhouse is finally opening at Coral Square Mall in Coral Springs after more than two years of delays and anticipation

Coral Springs, Florida – After more than two years of anticipation, The Knife: Parrilla Argentina is finally preparing to welcome diners at Coral Square Mall in Coral Springs. The Argentine steakhouse, known for its expertly grilled meats and authentic parrillero-style cooking, has announced a ribbon-cutting ceremony scheduled for October 30, according to the Coral Springs Coconut Creek Regional Chamber of Commerce.

The Knife’s arrival at the mall, located near Foot Locker, was first announced back in 2023, but the opening was delayed repeatedly, leaving many locals eagerly awaiting the chance to try the restaurant’s signature offerings. Just last month, the Coral Springs City Commission received an update on the project along with new renderings of the restaurant, signaling that the long-awaited opening is finally within reach.

Founded in Argentina in 1986, The Knife has become a well-known name in South Florida’s dining scene. The Coral Springs location will be the chain’s third in the region, joining two existing locations that have earned acclaim for their variety of meats and traditional grilling techniques. The restaurant promises to offer more than 15 different cuts of beef, chicken, and pork, all prepared by a skilled parrillero, or grill master, ensuring an authentic Argentine experience.

“The Knife brings a unique culinary experience to Coral Springs with its emphasis on quality meats and traditional grilling,” said a representative from the restaurant. “We are excited to finally open our doors to the community and share the flavors of Argentina with everyone who visits.”

Residents have been watching the progress closely, eager to enjoy everything from the expertly seasoned cuts of beef to classic Argentine side dishes. Many see The Knife as a welcome addition to the dining options at Coral Square Mall, offering something distinct from the typical mall eateries.

With the ribbon cutting planned for late October, The Knife is expected to become a popular destination for both locals and visitors alike. The restaurant’s arrival underscores Coral Springs’ growing reputation as a hub for diverse and high-quality dining experiences, giving food enthusiasts another reason to visit the area.
