Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office investigating $10,000 in Home Depot fraud

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is investigating several cases involving fraudulent sales totaling over $10,000.

Authorities say that the suspect used the victim’s company credit card and made purchases at several Home Depot stores nearby.

The JSO said that it is currently uncertain how the individual obtained the information to conduct the transactions.

The offender is alleged to have also committed similar offences in nearby jurisdictions.
