Broward Sheriff’s Office investigates deadly nightclub shooting in Lauderdale Lakes
Lauderdale Lakes, Florida – The Broward Sheriff’s Office has reported a tragic incident of gun violence that occurred at a nightclub located in a Lauderdale Lakes strip mall. The unfortunate event resulted in the loss of a man’s life and left a woman hospitalized.
The event took place at the Vypz Lounge, situated at 4260 N. State Road 7, approximately at 2:19 a.m. The male victim unfortunately succumbed to his injuries on site at the nightclub.
Simultaneously, Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies were alerted to a female victim who had arrived at a local hospital. The woman was reportedly suffering from injuries that, according to the BSO, are “not life threatening.”
