The fortunate individual, Mr. Thomas Hoshko, aged 69 and a resident of Fort Lauderdale, bought his winning ticket from a Publix situated at 4703 North Ocean Drive, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. As a result of this sale, the aforementioned retailer is set to receive a $2,000 bonus.
Mr. Hoshko has opted to claim his prize in a single lump-sum payment, which amounts to $685,000.
