Siblings deliver nutritious food to Coral Springs

Coral Springs, Florida – Babe Caruso, 34, and J.P. Caruso, 30, were raised in a bustling household of seven siblings in Delray Beach, where nutritious meals and a robust work ethic were integral to their upbringing.

Their parents, who are both CPAs, instilled in them the importance of financial independence and self-sufficiency—principles that have influenced their lives and are now reflected in their expanding 3Natives restaurant in Coral Springs.

Babe remarked, “Our parents imparted numerous essential life lessons to us.” “We were advised, ‘If you wish to see a film, set up a lemonade stand.’ Every dollar we earned was hard-fought.
The Carusos emphasized that they not only understood the value of hard work but also were raised in a setting where healthy eating was instinctive, according to the siblings.

“Every meal was prepared by our parents, who recognized the significance of nutrition and its connection to a high-quality life,” Babe stated.

The lessons learned in childhood played a pivotal role in shaping their career trajectories and led them to collaborate in the healthy-eating sector of the restaurant industry.

A new eatery, 3Natives, has made its debut in the Ramblewood Square Shopping Center, right next to the recently opened Starbucks. This spot is celebrated for its fresh acai bowls, super smoothies, and cold-pressed juices, having opened just two months ago.

Babe, having graduated from the University of Florida and Florida State University, established a career in the entertainment and event sectors. Her experience includes working with prominent studios and television programs, such as The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

She later moved to Scottsdale, Ariz., where she established herself as a “professional vibe curator,” bringing people together and overseeing events for elite clients.

Her adventurous nature led her to Golden, Colo., where she merged her passion for skiing with her role as a party coordinator in the automotive sector.

In contrast, J.P. shone as a standout athlete.

A quarterback at Appalachian State University in North Carolina, he excelled in high-pressure situations and later obtained his MBA from the University of Delaware.

He started his career in banking and life insurance but soon discovered that the corporate environment didn’t suit him.

His enthusiasm for health and wellness led him to 3Natives, a chain based in Florida that boasts over 40 locations across Florida, Georgia, New York, Oklahoma, and Arizona.

“I enjoyed being in the company of individuals who prioritize their health and well-being,” J.P. stated a resident of Briny Breezes, a quaint town in Palm Beach County.

In 2022, J.P. reached out to Babe with a chance to collaborate on the expansion of the 3Natives franchise. Having already established successful locations in Boca Raton and Delray Beach, he recognized the potential in Satellite Beach.

“He reached out to me and mentioned that there was an excellent chance to establish a store in that location,” Babe stated. “You must come tomorrow.”

Without a moment’s pause, she leaped in. With her extensive experience, Babe played a crucial role in the success of the new location, prompting the siblings to establish another in Coral Springs. Babe now resides just minutes away with her Shih Tzu, Banana.

“I’m really happy I relocated here,” she expressed. “The people in Coral Springs are really nice. They are truly hospitable.

The siblings expressed that 3Natives is not merely a business; it embodies their upbringing and values.

The restaurant offers cold-pressed juices, hearty wraps, and salads that reflect the types of food familiar from their upbringing.

“All production is handled internally.” “Everything is new,” Babe remarked. J.P. shared a similar feeling, noting that the venture enables him to merge his passion for health with his entrepreneurial spirit.

“This is the place I desire to be,” he expressed. “I enjoy empowering individuals to embrace a positive self-image through nutritious eating.”

Babe views 3Natives as an opportunity to contribute positively to the community.
