Annual Hanukkah Celebration to light up Sportsplex Park in Coral Springs
Coral Springs, Florida – Families are welcome to join Coral Springs for Hanukkah celebrations on Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. at Sportsplex Park, located at 2800 Sportsplex Drive.
The Chabad Centers are organizing the event, which will include a range of activities like laser tag, rock climbing, bungee jumping, inflatable rides, pony rides, and more.
Along with interactive game shows, speeches, and a live performance by Yitzchak Friedman, the event will culminate with the annual Gelt Drop and Menorah Lighting ceremony featuring local authorities, including Congressman Jared Moskowitz.
Rabbi Yankie Denburg of the Chabad Jewish Center, located at 11325 W Atlantic Boulevard, emphasized the importance of the holiday by stating, “Chanukah is a time for light, unity, and joy.” “This event celebrates our common traditions while bringing people together in a meaningful and enjoyable way.”
This year, the celebration will take place in Sportsplex Park, which features a pavilion and playground, in the Sportsplex area.
According to the organizers, premium bracelets are now available for entry to unique attractions like balloon sculptures and bungee jumping.
“We’ve worked hard to make this year’s celebration even more special, with an expanded location and new activities for families to enjoy,” said Chaya Yaras, the lead event coordinator.
Activity bracelets are offered at a discount on the internet.
