Cornerstone Plaza in Coral Springs will soon have a new café and wine bar

Coral Springs, Florida – Coral Springs’ Cornerstone Plaza will soon welcome a new wine bar and two restaurants offering delicious delicacies.

The city reports that the newest companies to lease space at the downtown site are Paris Baguette, Let’s Chill Homemade Ice Cream, and Copenhagen Corner Wine Bar.

The restaurants will be located on the ground floor of Modera Coral Springs, and the residences will be at the center of the open-air, mixed-use Cornerstone project, surrounded by fine dining, coffee shops, and retail establishments.

The land is already home to Tacocraft. The plaza’s retail area is anticipated to be occupied by a variety of additional companies, including Rumble Boxing, Gary Rack’s Farmhouse, and Mitch’s Downtown.

Paris Baguette claims to be a South Korean bakery café franchise with French influences.
According to their website, they started their first café in the United States in 2005 and plan to have 1,000 outlets worldwide by 2030.

Delray Beach is one of several Florida locations for Paris Baguette.

According to the company, “Guests can enjoy a warm and welcoming bakery café experience that brings joy to everyone while tasting the difference in our pastries, cakes, and breads that are made fresh on-site at each café.”

Let’s Chill, the other company that sells sweets at Cornerstone Plaza, is presently situated at 9739 W. Sample Rd. Serving handcrafted artisanal ice cream and other frozen delicacies, including boozy ice cream, the establishment will move downtown.

In November, Let’s Chill’s homemade vanilla ice cream took home a national prize.

Copenhagen Corner Wine Bar, the third new company preparing to debut in Cornerstone Plaza, is anticipated to blend in with the upscale atmosphere of the building.

Two eight-story towers will house the apartments above Modera Coral Springs, the plaza’s retail area. There are 351 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in the south tower, which is already finished.

The city estimates that the 353 flats in the north tower will be completed in the fall of 2025.
