Volunteers will take part in Coral Springs and Broward County Waterway Cleanup in 2025

Coral Springs, Florida – Volunteers will work to clear local waterways of trash and debris at the annual Waterway Clean Up, which is scheduled for March 1 from 9 to 1 p.m.

Among other places in Broward County, the event will take place at Riverside Park Boat Ramp (205 Coral Ridge Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33071).

With the assistance of 300 boats and personal watercraft, over 1,100 volunteers worked at 35 locations last year to remove about 25 tons of debris from the area’s inland waterways.

Locals are encouraged to participate, and organizers from the Marine Industries Association of South Florida anticipate a similar attendance this year.

We accept walk-up volunteers.

Interested parties can register and obtain additional information at waterwaycleanup.org.
