Coral Springs welcomes Eddie & Vinny’s Coastal Italian, a new fine-dining experience in place of Tavolino Della Notte

Coral Springs, Florida – A new Italian fine-dining restaurant has made its debut in Coral Springs, taking over the space previously occupied by Tavolino Della Notte. Eddie & Vinny’s Coastal Italian, a fresh dining destination, brings familiar faces and a taste of coastal Italy to the area. The restaurant is a passion project for co-owner Eddie Pozzuoli, who grew up in Coral Springs and previously co-owned Tavolino Della Notte with his father, Ed, before selling it in 2019. After a few years away, Eddie, alongside his wife Christina, has reentered the local restaurant scene with a new concept under the P Hospitality Group’s growing portfolio.

“We want to bring back to our home something we’re very proud of,” said Pozzuoli. His vision for Eddie & Vinny’s is to recreate the beloved atmosphere of his previous restaurant while elevating the dining experience with a fresh, coastal twist. The restaurant specializes in coastal Italian cuisine, offering a menu designed by award-winning Chef Jeff Tunks. Seafood, pasta, and classic Italian dishes are all part of the culinary offerings at Eddie & Vinny’s, promising guests a well-rounded and authentic Italian dining experience.

The 6,000-square-foot restaurant, located at 10181 Sample Road in Coral Springs, boasts a stunning redesign. The spacious dining area, which can seat up to 240 guests, features a blend of Mediterranean and modern aesthetics, creating a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere. The open-concept design allows diners to enjoy views of the kitchen as chefs prepare dishes right before their eyes. Additionally, the restaurant features a bar and lounge area where guests can relax with a drink before or after their meal.

One of the unique touches at Eddie & Vinny’s is the small stage that has been installed for live music performances. The restaurant regularly hosts live jazz, R&B, and soft music acts, offering an extra layer of entertainment to the dining experience. This combination of great food and live music makes the restaurant a perfect spot for a night out, whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying a meal with friends.

For Eddie Pozzuoli, this new venture is more than just a business; it’s a labor of love. Having spent much of his life in the restaurant industry, he has a deep personal connection to the space and the community. Working alongside his father again to bring this new vision to life was an especially meaningful experience for him. “I can’t tell you how proud I am of what he’s accomplished,” said Ed Pozzuoli, his father, reflecting on his son’s hard work and dedication.
