Bites-N-Sips is bringing food trucks live music and family-friendly fun back to Coral Springs on May 9

Coral Springs, Florida – One of Coral Springs’ most beloved community traditions is making its return this spring. On Friday, May 9, locals will once again gather on the City Hall Lawn for an evening packed with food, fun, and friendly faces as Bites-N-Sips rolls back into town.

Running from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., the free event—hosted by the City of Coral Springs—is expected to draw a crowd of food lovers, families, and music fans looking to unwind and connect. Known for its festive atmosphere and mouthwatering eats, Bites-N-Sips has built a strong reputation as a must-attend night out.

This time around, the lineup of food trucks is especially diverse. Whether you’re craving something savory, sweet, or spicy, there’s likely to be something to hit the spot. Guests can expect favorites like Larry’s Ice Cream, Dank Frank’s Hot Dogs, GNS Seafood Express, Shanaaz Flava Fusion, and Playa Bowls, among others. From gourmet eggrolls to fresh seafood and street-style bites, the choices are plentiful. While the event is free to enter, all food and drink items are available for purchase.

“This event is about bringing the community together in a way that’s simple, enjoyable, and welcoming to everyone,” said a city spokesperson. “We love seeing families and friends gather, try new foods, and just enjoy a night outside in Coral Springs.”

The City Hall Lawn, located at 9500 West Sample Road, will once again serve as the vibrant backdrop for the evening. Residents are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, picnic blankets, and reusable water bottles to stay comfortable and eco-conscious. A Sustainability Tent will be available on-site, offering information on recycling and composting. Water refill stations will also be set up to help minimize single-use plastic.

The event is designed with inclusivity in mind—it’s dog-friendly, so leashed pets are welcome, and accessible accommodations are available for attendees who contact the city in advance. To request assistance, guests can call 954-344-1111 or email [email protected].

“This event is a great example of how we promote sustainability, accessibility, and community spirit—all in one place,” organizers added.
