Pharmaceutical company proposes new custom medication facility in Coral Springs corporate park to expand local operations

Coral Springs, Florida – A company that specializes in customized medications is aiming to expand its footprint in Coral Springs, with a new proposal to open a pharmaceutical compounding facility in the city’s corporate park.
CRE8 Pharmacy, currently located at 3700 NW 126th Avenue, has submitted plans to the city to develop a much larger facility just down the road at 3561 NW 126th Avenue. The proposed project would include renovations and additions to an existing building, totaling 39,047 square feet on a 2.22-acre property.
The Coral Springs Development Review Committee is expected to review the proposal during its Thursday meeting. According to a memo outlining the plans, the project would repurpose the building to accommodate the specialized needs of a compounding pharmacy—an area of medicine that focuses on creating prescriptions tailored to individual patient needs.
CRE8 Pharmacy is known for preparing customized formulations for a wide range of health concerns. According to the company’s website, its services include peptide therapy, bioidentical hormone treatments, and specially prepared capsules and tablets for hair loss, weight management, and sexual health.
Pharmaceutical compounding is a growing field that serves patients who need alternatives to mass-produced medications. These alternatives can include different dosage forms, allergen-free formulas, or medications that are no longer commercially available.
The expansion signals not only business growth for CRE8 Pharmacy but also continued development within Coral Springs’ corporate park. The city has worked in recent years to attract and support businesses in specialized fields, particularly those in health and technology sectors.
The proposed facility will allow CRE8 to enhance its production capacity and serve more patients with tailored pharmaceutical solutions. No timeline for construction or completion has been announced yet, but Thursday’s review will be the first step in the city’s approval process.
If approved, the facility could mark a significant boost for Coral Springs’ position as a hub for innovative healthcare services.
