How Lynn Lessell turned her personal struggles into a thriving wellness and business network based in Coral Springs

Coral Springs, Florida – What began as a personal wake-up call for Lynn Lessell has grown into a life-changing movement that is helping others rediscover their power, purpose, and health—starting from a modest office center in Coral Springs.
Years ago, Lessell found herself at her breaking point. Living in New Jersey, she was working grueling hours—day shifts at Starbucks, night shifts at CVS—with barely a moment to rest or reflect.
“I took care of everyone, but no one was there for me,” she recalled. “No one cared. I came back from rock bottom.”
That rock-bottom moment was the catalyst for something bigger. It pushed Lessell to start asking deeper questions about her own health and happiness. When traditional medicine couldn’t explain her symptoms, she turned to stem cell therapy, which she credits for changing her life. That healing journey led her to study life mastery and explore coaching, wellness, and emotional healing in earnest.
“It started with me dealing with health concerns that no doctor could diagnose,” Lessell said. “Stem cell therapy changed my life. I studied life mastery, and began taking steps toward a healthier path.”
After moving to South Florida in 2015, Lessell began managing wellness clinics and medical offices. When the COVID-19 pandemic brought everything to a halt, she used that time to deepen her professional toolkit. She trained in life coaching, hypnotherapy, functional body systems, and compassionate integrity, ultimately earning certifications in each.
Now based in West Boca Raton, Lessell leads several coaching and business empowerment groups across South Florida and online. She is the founder of Itz Why LLC, which helps people manage stress and reclaim control of their lives, and Inner Power Partners (IPP), a business network that blends professional development with emotional and spiritual support.
Her Coral Springs IPP group was the first to take shape, forming at the Office Evolution Coral Springs location—a space that became the foundation for what would soon grow into a statewide movement.
“Hosting Inner Power Partner meetings is incredible,” said Josh Mendel, co-owner of Office Evolution Coral Springs. “Lynn’s group supports many professionals and provides valuable insight you can use to take your business or career to the next level.”
Today, Lessell leads nine IPP groups, including those in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Sarasota, and virtually. She is preparing to launch her 10th location soon, as interest continues to grow from entrepreneurs who want connection, clarity, and community.
Lessell’s coaching style is shaped by her own experience of burnout and recovery. Her story, once filled with exhaustion and emotional isolation, now serves as a beacon of possibility for others.

“You must believe in yourself to be there for others,” she said. “If you feel stuck or like you’re just surviving, know this: you’re not alone. And it is absolutely possible to come back stronger.”
Her impact hasn’t gone unnoticed. In 2024, she was named Empowered Woman of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals and honored as a Top Concierge Coach for her work.
Those who’ve worked with Lessell often say she has a rare intuitive gift.
“My clients say I have a ‘Spidey-sense,’” she said with a smile. “But really, it’s about listening and believing—both in myself and in the people I serve.”
From burnout to breakthrough, Lessell has not only rewritten her own story—she’s given hundreds of others the tools to do the same. And it all started with a decision to stop living on autopilot and start healing, one step at a time.
