The story stretches back more than 30 years, when Mitch first entered the bagel and deli business after moving from New York to South Florida in 1993. At the time, it was a practical decision driven by the hope for a better life. But what began as a simple career move slowly turned into something far more personal. Just a year and a half later, his son Adam was born at Coral Springs Medical Center, tying the family’s future directly to the same city where they now run their business.

Life, however, was not without challenges. When Adam was four years old, Mitch became a single father to both Adam and his older brother Jordan. From that point forward, every decision carried a dual purpose—building a business while also building a stable home. The restaurant became the center of that balance.
