Water parks open this week in Coral Springs and Broward County with summer hours and affordable admission prices for families

Coral Springs, Florida – As students across Coral Springs begin their summer break, local families are getting another seasonal sign that summer has officially arrived: the reopening of area water parks, bringing back a popular way to cool off during South Florida’s hot months.

One of the main attractions, Cypress Water Park in Coral Springs, is set to welcome visitors starting Saturday, June 6. City officials confirmed that the Cypress pool will operate daily throughout the season, with the exception of Tuesdays when it follows a slightly adjusted schedule.

On most days, the park will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., giving families a full day of access to its water attractions. On Tuesdays, hours will shift slightly, with the facility open from noon to 5 p.m., offering a shorter midday-to-afternoon window for visitors.

Admission remains budget-friendly, making it accessible for many residents. Children under 18 and seniors aged 55 and older will pay $4.37 per visit, while adult admission is set at $4.97. The park is located at 1300 Coral Springs Drive, making it a convenient local destination for residents looking to stay close to home during the summer months. Additional details can be found through the city’s parks and recreation website.

Just a short drive away, Broward County is also expanding its seasonal water recreation options. Quiet Water Park’s Splash Adventure in Deerfield Beach officially opens for the summer on Thursday, June 4, operating seven days a week to accommodate increased seasonal demand.

Weekday hours for Splash Adventure run from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., while weekends and holidays extend slightly longer, with operations from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visitors can choose between an all-day admission priced at $6 per person or a discounted late-entry option of $4.40 after 3 p.m., providing flexible pricing for different schedules.

Located at 401 S. Powerline Road in Deerfield Beach, Quiet Water Park is expected to attract families from across the county seeking a mix of relaxation and recreation during the warmer months.

In addition to Coral Springs and Deerfield Beach, several other popular county water parks are also reopening this week. C.B. Smith’s Paradise Cove in Pembroke Pines and T.Y. Park’s Castaway Island in Hollywood are both set to open for the summer season on Thursday, adding even more options for residents looking to enjoy water-based activities.
