Coral Springs Coconut Creek Chamber to honor seven top businesses and community leaders at 2026 Business Awards Luncheon
Coral Springs, Florida – Local businesses and community leaders from Coral Springs, Coconut Creek and the surrounding area will be recognized next month when the Coral Springs Coconut Creek Regional Chamber of Commerce holds its 2026 Business Awards Luncheon.
The event is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 15, at Deer Creek Golf Club in Deerfield Beach. It will begin at 11:15 a.m. and will feature an Art Deco theme, giving the chamber’s annual recognition event a new look while keeping its focus on local business and community achievements.
The gathering was previously known as the chamber’s Annual Gala. This year, the organization has changed the format to a daytime luncheon, bringing together business owners, community leaders, elected officials and other local partners to celebrate people and organizations that have made a difference throughout the region.
Seven businesses and individuals will receive awards during the luncheon. The honors recognize a range of accomplishments, including leadership, business success, community involvement and contributions to the local economy.
Five Element Wellness Center will receive the Coral Springs Small Business Award, recognizing its role in the Coral Springs business community. Ethos Greek Bistro will receive the Coconut Creek Small Business Award.

Other awards will highlight both individual leadership and long-term contributions. Gregg D’Attile of Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electric will be presented with the Coral Springs Covered Bridge Award.
The Coconut Creek Butterfly Award will go to Laurie Sallarulo of Junior Achievement of South Florida.
The chamber will also recognize several businesses at different stages of their development. Livello will receive the Rookie of the Year Award, while CTS Engines will be honored with the Workforce Development Award.
The Legacy Award, one of the event’s honors recognizing a lasting contribution to the local business community, will go to Cusano’s Italian Bakery.
Chamber CEO Charinus Davis said this year’s group of honorees reflects the qualities that have helped shape the region’s business community.
“Each of this year’s honorees represents what makes our business community so special, their commitment to excellence, their investment in our community and the impact they make every day,” said Charinus Davis, CEO of the Coral Springs Coconut Creek Regional Chamber of Commerce. “We are excited to bring everyone together for our newly reimagined Business Awards Luncheon and celebrate the businesses and leaders who continue to move our region forward.”
The luncheon will also feature Bob Swindell, president and CEO of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance, as the keynote speaker. His appearance will add a regional economic development perspective to an event centered on local businesses and leaders.
Attendees will have an opportunity to network during a complimentary cocktail hour. Valet parking will also be available.
The event is expected to bring together a broad group of people involved in the local business community, including business leaders, elected officials and community partners. The chamber has also opened sponsorship opportunities and individual reservations for those interested in attending.
The luncheon is supported by a number of businesses and local organizations. Sponsors include Fiserv, Florida Power & Light Co., the cities of Coral Springs and Coconut Creek, Comcast Business, Bank OZK, Papa’s Grappa, and IMX Pilates and Fitness.
The event will take place at Deer Creek Golf Club, located at 2801 Deer Creek Country Club Blvd. in Deerfield Beach.
