Coral Springs’ cornerstone development will soon welcome Paris Baguette and other new eateries

Coral Springs, Florida – According to a municipal official, Paris Baguette will open a new restaurant at the Cornerstone development on University Drive and Sample Road, bringing a little bit of Paris to Coral Springs.

Paris Baguette, which is well-known for its breads, cakes, pastries, and brewed drinks, will be a part of the mixed-use complex that includes retail stores and apartments.

The South Korean-founded bakery cafĂ© will be one of the chain’s more than 100 outlets in the United States. The company has big hopes to open 1,000 shops countrywide by 2030.

According to Kristi Bartlett, director of economic development for Coral Springs, Copenhagen Wine Bar and Let’s Chill Homemade Ice Cream will both open at the Cornerstone development.
Let’s Chill will move from 9739 Sample Road, where it now operates.

Bartlett did not specify when the restaurants will open or where they would be located within the complex.

The south tower of the complex is finished, and the north tower should be finished the following year.
