Man who covered 9-year-old girl’s mouth threatening her not to scream because he had a knife before sxually assaulting her in a wooded park, and did the same to a woman jogging in the park, had also rped his ex-girlfriend’s 12-year-old daughter; sentenced!

Court records show that a 58-year-old man, later identified as Kevin, who has been convicted for rping a 9-year-old girl and a 32-year-old woman jogging in a park, as well as sxuaIIy abusing his ex-girlfriend’s 12-year-old daughter, has been handed the maximum sentence of 140 years in prison.

Kevin’s conviction in February came after jurors found him guilty of multiple charges, including two counts of forcible гaрe and forcible oгal copulation, one count of a forcible lewd act upon a child, and one count of a lewd and laѕciviouѕ act with a minor. The jury also affirmed that Kevin had kidnapped both гaрe victims and committed offenses against multiple victims.

In a controversial twist, both Kevin and his twin brother were initially arrested, sparking debate and confusion due to their identical DNA. However, the brother was soon released without charges. During the trial, Kevin’s defense attempted to shift blame to the sibling, but a recorded call between the brothers revealed Kevin making incriminating statements, while his brother expressed shock over the arrest. Kevin, in his own words, admitted to battling a “chemical imbalance” that fueled his hatred for women and acknowledged his long-standing issues for which he must now pay.

Detailing Kevin’s crimes, prosecutors recounted the 1995 гaрe of a 9-year-old girl who was abducted while walking home alone. Kevin covered her mouth and threatened her with a knife to keep her from screaming, dragging her to a secluded area to commit the assault. In 1998, he similarly attacked a 32-year-old woman jogging in a park. According to prosecutors, Kevin emerged naкed from the bushes, covered the woman’s mouth, and threatened her not to scream before he forcibly rapd her. The use of genetic genealogy also led investigators to discover Kevin’s seхuaI abuse of an ex-girlfriend’s daughter, adding to the gravity of his criminal actions.
