19-year-old arrested and charged with three counts of possession of child pornography after allegedly uploading several files to social media accounts
MIAMI, Fla. – According to the Miami Police Department, Frank Louis Noguera, 19, of North Miami, is accused of uploading several images depicting children engaging in sexual acts. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children provided the Miami Police Department with a tip that led them to Noguera.
The arrest affidavit says that Noguera is accused of putting several child pornographic pictures on his Twitter and Snapchat accounts.
The investigation uncovered four pieces of evidence: three files, one image, and two videos. Female children, approximately 6 and 7 years old, were shown in the two videos engaging in sexual acts with adult males and females. In the picture, a naked little girl was sitting on the lap of another naked girl.
Noguera was arrested and charged with three counts of possession of child pornography. He was released after posting bond, which was set at $5,000.
