Missing teenage girls found safe by authorities

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The two teenagers that went missing earlier and were being sought by authorities have been located safe.

Deputies appealed to the public, asking for help in locating Kaylah Jo Hout, 16, and Catherine Elizabeth Kelly, 17. Both of them disappeared from the Orange Park area.

Catherine was last seen on Wednesday night somewhere in the 500 block of Paddock Lane at about midnight. She was described as being 5’5″ and weighing around 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Kaylah was also last seen about midnight in the same area as Catherine. She has brown hair and eyes, is just over 5 feet 8 inches tall, and her weight is somewhere around 280 pounds.

The girls were believed to be driving a 2012 gray Honda Accord with Florida tag #25BQCB.

However, authorities are now informing the public that the teenage girls have been found safe.
