Miami-Dade police investigating after two men found shot to death inside an apartment

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Two men were discovered dead from gunshot wounds on Wednesday night, prompting an investigation by the Miami-Dade police department.

At around 8:50 p.m., a friend of the victims went to the apartment in the 2500 block of Northwest 92nd Street to do a welfare check and discovered that the front door was unlocked. According to the police, the friend of the victims called 911.

The friend entered the apartment, where he discovered the two men dead from what seemed to be gunshot wounds, according to the police.

The police have said that they do not have any information on a suspect at this time.

The motive is also unclear.
