CLAY COUNTY, Fla. — According to the court documents, a deputy with the Clay County Sheriff’s Office was arrested for DUI for the second time since December 2021.

After Christopher Coldiron did not consent to a DUI test that was administered to him on Friday, he was taken into custody and lodged in the Clay County prison, as shown by the court documents.

Andrew Ford, a deputy for the public information office of the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, claimed that Coldiron was taken into custody by the Florida Highway Patrol. An administrative proceeding will take place in order to ascertain Coldiron’s standing inside the Sheriff’s Office.
